Sharpen your coaching skills and get ready for your ICF ACC or PCC credential application
What we will do
- Identify and reflect on your coaching style and your goals
- Discuss effective initiation and contracting of client relationship
- Review and practice all ICF Core Competencies together
- Identify your strengths and areas of development as a coach
- Discuss best practices and coaching tips
- Review and debrief recorded coaching sessions
- Discuss the ICF Code of Ethics
- Develop self-awareness and self-confidence as a coach
- Learn from your peers
- Practice, practice, practice
The Mentor Coaching programme meets the requirements and standards set by the ICF.
Format
- Delivered online via Zoom
- 4 group sessions of 1.5 hour + 1 session of 1 hour
- 3 individual sessions of 1 hour
- Minimum 3 months
- For ICF ACC and PCC credential applications

Fee: €960
Which includes 10 hours of Mentor Coaching and support by email between our sessions if you need.
