Our teaching approach is student-centered and inquiry-based:
- Student-centered: the trainer and participants play an equally active role in the learning process. Our primary role is to facilitate learning and overall comprehension of the materials, and measure progress through the observation of coaching sessions.
- Inquiry-based: inquiries and direct questions from participants are an essential part of the learning process and we always take time to answer them. We offer guidance and support throughout the programme.
We act as facilitators, models and resources. We put a strong emphasis on fostering hands-on learning and autonomy. We actively demonstrate to participants the coaching process we teach. We answer questions and review progress each day. Participants play an active and participatory role in their own learning.
